TRACKING NUMBER

This number allows us to track each and every envelope that moves through our system. In the example below, the digits before the dash tell us where the job was submitted from and what case it pertains to. The numbers after the dash tell us that this was the 45th envelope in the series.

2D DATAMATRIX BARCODE

We employ a 2D matrix data tracking system on all of our cover sheets to aid in digital tracking of our mail. This is the standard used by the USPS. It includes all of the information necessary for us to determine where the job originated and where it is going.

ANCILLARY ENDORSEMENT

If the address is bad, this will allow the envelope to be returned to you at no charge.

POSTAGE PREPAID PERMIT

By consolidating all of our client's mail under one permit, we are able to offer postage discounts to our clients. Another example of how your success becomes our success. We're vested in making you more productive. Offering postal discounts is another way of ensuring our mutual goals.

DELIVERY POINT ADDRESSING

Up to six lines of delivery point address to ensure compliance with the standards set forth by the Bankruptcy Court as well as complying with Rule 7004. Accurate printing and readability is ensured by our use of USPS friendly fonts.

INTELLIGENT MAIL BARCODE

Contained within these 64 vertical bars is a wealth of information including the origin of the mail, the destination address, the identity of the mailer, date, and requested additional services. This line also digitally encodes the most up to date address of the recipient, ensuring that if there is an active forwarding order with the USPS, your mail will be delivered.
